That hotel was in a good location, close to everything. Also, a restored Regency garden was located in the venue's area...

prime access to vibrant attractions and peaceful park strolls
I really appreciated how close the hotel was to the Royal Pavilion, just a few steps away, and the short walk to the seafront was perfect for leisurely evening strolls by the beach. With such a great budget option, I found the staff really friendly and the overall experience pleasant despite a few minor hiccups with shared facilities.

Friendly and caring staff, felt at ease, like being at home and enjoyed talking to everyone.
Found it very difficult to get my bags up and down 2 long flights of stairs.

Had really nice stay for a night and the weather was lovely. It was a great location near to the Brighton Dome, a supermarket and beach and other attractions. It also was next to the Pavillion museum. The room was neat and modest, the decor was nice.

The staff were very welcoming and informative. The rooms were surprisingly well equipped, I expected backpacker and got budget hotel room (cheaper!). The communal areas were of a very high standard and I managed to be there on pizza night so it was lots of fun as well.
Stairs! Lots of stairs...but that is normal for anywhere.

Had a blast staying here for a night! The cozy common area was perfect for lounging after enjoying some local treats and a stroll by the beach. Just a heads up, the single-glazed windows let in some street noise, but it didn’t ruin my vibe at all. 😊
